Purple Lotus Flowers Ft. Plate BM-616

Hey Lovelies! For today's look I started out with one coat of Butter London's Cor Blimey. I love this color because it dries with a matte finish! Once that was dry I went in with Lively Lilac by Sally Hansen INSTA-DRI and stamped Bundle Monster plate BM-616.  I'm a huge fan of lotus flowers so this plate was right up my alley!

I hope you all have a wonder day!

Bundle Monster's Holiday Collection: Halloween Nails

Hey Lovelies! I know Halloween isn't for a few more months but it's one of my favorite holidays and my daughters birthday!! For today's Halloween look I started out with two coats of Sinful Colors Black on Black for my pointer and middle finger, China Glaze's Riveting on my ring finger and Sally Hansen's INSTA-DRI Lickety-Split Lime. Once my base layers were dry I applied two coats of China Glaze's Electrify to my ring finger for some bling and stamped plate BM-H08 and applied it to my pinky finger for the finishing touch!

What is your favorite holiday to sport on your nails?

Hey Lovelies! Today I am coming at you with a swatch of one of my favorite pinks. Sally Hansen's Presto Pink from the INSTA-DRI line is a stunning creamy bubble gum pink.

I love the INSTA-DRI line not only for their large flat brushes but because they have such great coverage! I was able to achieve this beautiful streak free look with just one coat of polish.

Try It On Tuesday: Blue for AMC Awareness

Hey Lovelies! Today's TIOT is to raise awareness of Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. Check out jilltastic nail design's blog to read a touching story of her friends son who has it. For today's mani I am trying out the OPI Blue Shatter. I applied one coat of Sally Hansen Blue-Away and one coat of OPI Last Friday Night on top. Once it was all dry I applied one coat of OPI Blue Shatter over the whole nail.

I have to be honest with you guys.... I hate it! It hardly even "shattered". I owned the Black Shatter before and it had no problem shattering. The only problem the black shatter had was that it dried up really fast in the bottle and became clumpy. This Blue Shatter's consistency is very thin and almost water like so I don't know if they changed the formula or what. Also the blue looks darker in the bottle so maybe I just paired the two colors to close together and that's why it looks like it didn't shatter. I'm going to try this shatter out again but put it up against a white to see if it shatters better. Key Keeper

Hey Lovelies! For today's look I did two coats of OPI's Samoan Sands topped with one coat of MASH's Nail Art Polish in Silver Glitter. I then stamped the key off of MASH plate 32 with MASH's Nail Art Polish in Black. This time I changed up my top coat and I used Sally Hansen's INSTA-DRI in Clearly Quick. So far so good with this top coat. I really love how fast it dries and no chipping yet!

Try It On Tuesday

Welcome to the first ever Try It On Tuesday! TIOT is where a group of bloggers and I are going to challenge ourselves to try out a nail polish every Tuesday that we already own but have never tried out. For today's look I used 1 coat of Sally Hansen's INSTA-DRI in Presto Pink. I then went in with MASH's Nail Art Polish in Black and stamped MASH plate 42. I did kind of a messy job on the stamping so for a easy fix I used 2 layers of Jordana's Crystal Glitter to hide my sloppiness.

MASH's New Nail Art Polish Review

CALLING ALL STAMPING ADDICTS, CALLING ALL STAMPING ADDICTS! Do you long for a stamping polish that is affordable and leaves crisp stamp images? Then you need to check out MASH's brand new Nail Art Polish. Today I have an awesome review for you all  from MASH. They just came out with three new nail art polishes for stamping!! As of right now they offer three different colors priced at $5.99 each.

Silver Glitter Nail Art Polish

As you all know I do love my Konad Special Polishes that I own so when I heard that MASH was coming out with Nail Art Polish for stamping I was really excited. When I opened my package up I was very impressed with how large the bottles were, they are definitely larger then the Konad  polishes. My Konad Special Polishes are only 0.35 fl oz and the MASH Nail Art Polish is 0.50 fl oz.

Silver Glitter Nail Art Polish

Right off the bat I noticed that the MASH Nail Art Polish was a lot more thinner then the Konad Polish which I like very much. When I stamp with the Konad Polish I feel I have to rush with it because it dries very fast and is a thicker consistency. With the MASH Nail Art Polish I feel like I can take my time because it is thinner and doesn't dry up so fast when I'm working with it.

Comparison Shots:

(Sally Hansen INSTA-DRI in Blue Away with MASH plate 37)

When stamping with the Black MASH Nail Art Polish and Konad Polish I felt that the MASH Nail Art Polish gave my owl a more crisp, clean and deep picture while the Konad Polish didn't transfer the entire image onto my nail.

(Wet n' Wild's Megalast Through the Grapevine with plate 37)

When stamping with the White MASH Nail Art Polish I found it to be a bit duller then the Konad Polish but still transferred the complete image flawlessly. I do notice when I shake my Konad polish up  really well that the white polish isn't very crisp unlike when I don't shake it up as well.

( Wet n' Wild's Megalast Disturbia with plate 37)

Now this one stumps me! When I first saw MASH's silver polish I was instantly in love and ran upstairs to try it out. The moment I lifted the brush out of the bottle my heart broke because I knew it was way to thin of a consistency to produce a clear rich image but I tried it anyways and I'm glad I did. I have come to the conclusion that this polish would be great for someone who could only wear nude colors to work but longed for just a bit of sparkles. This polish would be great to use with a full image plate. The Silver Konad Polish rocked my socks off up against a dark color. It gave a clear, rich and crisp image up against the dark purple background. So it got me thinking... I wonder if I could use the Silver MASH Nail Art Polish as just a glitter polish since it was so thin....

Sure enough it worked beautifully! This is one of the best glitter polishes I own and the best part is that the glitter is so smooth that you could for sure stamp on top of it!

Over all I am very, very, very impressed with MASH's Nail Art Polishes and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get into stamping. If you are interested in buying these Nail Art Polishes check out www.mashnails.com

Cotton Candy Gradient Nails

Hey Lovelies! Today's look is inspired by one of my favorite carnival treats, cotton candy!!! First I started out with a thin coat of Sally Hansen INSTA-DRI in Blue-Away and then using the makeup sponge technique I applied 3 layers of Blue-Away and Jordana's Pink Bunny.

Relaxed Herringbone Nails

Hey lovelies! Today's look is a beautiful mix between a Herringbone and Chevron print. For this look I did one coat of Sally Hansen's INSTA-DRI in Mint Sprint and then went in with Wet n' Wild's Black Creme and stamped MASH Plate M78. Check out my YouTube video to see how I stamped this look CLICK HERE!

For the past few weeks I have been staring at this plate and trying to think of color combinations I could do but nothing was tickling my fancy! As soon as I put on Mint Sprint I knew I had to use that design! I'm so happy I did because I am in love with the nails! With this combo it makes me feel more alternative but If you were to do a nude nail with the design in white it's more girly! Hope you all enjoyed this look! Don't forget to go check out my giveaway that's going on till the May 4th. CLICK HERE to enter! Have a wonderful Saturday!

Autism Awareness Nails

Hey Lovelies! Today's look is in honor of every person in the world who is or will be diagnosed with Autism. Just in case you are not aware of what Autism is here is a quick paragraph about it from http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/info/autism/

Autism is known as a complex developmental disability. Experts believe that Autism presents itself during the first three years of a person's life. The condition is the result of a neurological disorder that has an effect on normal brain function, affecting development of the person's communication and social interaction skills.
People with autism have issues with non-verbal communication, a wide range of social interactions, and activities that include an element of play and/or banter.

To honor everyone with Autism I did my first ever gradient nail!! YAY!!! For this look I used Sinful Colors Midnight Blue, Sally Hansen INSTA-DRI in Blue-Away and Blue Streak. I used the same method that Laynie from Layniefingers uses. Check her page out HERE and the tutorial for this look HERE. This look is super simple to do and tons of fun! Hope you enjoyed this and remember to spread the love and paint your nails blue for the month of April to support Autism!

If you have never water marbled before or you just want to see an awesome tutorial then go check out my 5 step tutorial HERE. Hope you all are having an awesome St. Patrick's Day!
