4th of July Nails

Hey lovelies! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! I was so busy with my little brothers birthday, my birthday and the 4th of July that I wasn't able to post my holiday nails so better late then never right?!?! For this look I stared out with two coats of OPI's Don't Touch My Tutu! and then one coat of Funky Fingers Bottle Rockets. Once that was all dry I went in with Barielle's Barry Blue polish and stamped plate M78. 

31 Day Challenge! Day 7- Black and White Nails

Hey lovelies! Today is day 7 of the 31 Day Challenge and we are going black and white today! Let me just state for the record I and so disappointed with how this look came out. I must have tried 10 different looks and they all got messed up so finally I just said SCREW IT! and I slapped on some crackle! 

For this look I started out with 2 coats of Pure Ice's Superstar! I then applied 2 coats of Jordana's Crystal Glitter on top and then topped the look off with a coat of Funky Fingers Black Scales. I hate white nail polish so much! I have the worst luck with it. I really liked how this white polish dried really fast but it was very streaky and didn't apply well at all. I was super hard to get out of my cuticle area and I had to result to pushing my cuticles back even farther. If you have any suggestions on a good white polish please pet me know :)

Try It On Tuesday

Hey Lovelies! For today's TIOT I broke out Avon's Tweed Tweed and Funky Fingers Confetti. I started out with two coats of Tweed Tweed and then applied one coat of Confetti and sealed it all in with Seche Vite. 

Tweed Tweed is such a beautiful deep burgundy with a wonderful glossy cream finish. I love Funky Fingers Confetti but I hate the way it applies. All the glitter wanted to migrate to the same area and wouldn't spread out evenly. I hope you all are having a wonderful week! 

Mint Glitter Bomb

Hey Lovelies! For today's look I did 2 coats of Wet n' Wild I Need A Refresh-Mint and then 3 coats of Funky Fingers Flashing Lights. I can not express you you guys how in love I am with this manicure! I mean come on it has two of my two favorite things in the world... the color mint and glitter! 

Katniss Everdeen- The Girl On Fire Nails

Hey Lovelies! Happy Mother's Day to all my mamas reading this! So last night Nathan took me to see The Hunger Games since I finished the book last weekend. I wanted to have a fire like mani to represent my favorite character Katniss Everdeen! I'm not very happy with how these nails photographed. It's hard to find a good angle to photograph the glitter design so these will have to do for now :)

For this look I used one coat of Wet n' Wild's Black Creme and then went in with Funky Fingers Star-Studded for the flames. I am LOVING these sparkly flames! Have you read The Hunger Games? What did you think the book Vs. the movie? Hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday and Mother's Day!

Lights.... Camera.... ACTION!!!

Hey lovelies! After several failed attempts at some nail art last night I just decided to slap on a coat of this gorgeous chunky glitter and go play MW3 with my husband and friend. For this look I did one coat of Wet n' Wild's I Red A Good Book and two coats of Funky Fingers Stage Dive. This is such a beautiful combo with the vibrant red and then the chunky silver glitter on top, it makes me think of the red carpet and the flashing camera lights. I have gotten so many compliments on this look today and not to mention they look great with my leopard print and red shoes i'm wearing today! Husband's Choice

Hey Lovelies! Instead of a Pink Wednesday today I'm bringing you my husband's choice! What is my husband's choice you ask? It's where I let my husband Nathan rummage through all my polishes and stamps and I let him choose what I wear! Dangerous right?!?! Well let's  kick it off with my husband's choice for today.

 I used 2 coats of Wet n' Wild's I Need a Refresh-Mint followed by one coat of Funky Fingers Stage Dive. Let me just say for the record.... MY HUSBAND ROCKS! I am LOVING this mani that he picked out! I guess he really does listen to me when I babble on about polishes because he picked two of my loves, the color mint and sparkles! What do you guys think? Did he do good?

St. Patrick's Day Look #1

Hey guys! Today's post is the start of my 5 days of St. Patrick's Day looks! So get ready for a whole lot of green and gold! For this look I used 2 coats of Funky Fingers in the color Down to Earth. I then went in with Fresh Paint's Spruce Street and stamped the 3 leaf clover image off of plate BM03. I love how simple and clean this mani looks! Will you wear green on Saturday?

Reverse Gold and Green Manicure

Hey guys! I came across this awesome Picture on pinterest of a black and purple reverse manicure and I thought it would look super adorable in green and cold for St. Patrick's Day. For this look I used 2 coats of SinfulColors Rise and Shine and then I used 2 coats of Funky Fingers Down To Earth on top. I then sealed in in with my Seche Vite Top Coat (which is getting kind of thick...BOO). I'm really liking this look and can't wait to try it out in a darker color! Gold with Blue Flowers

Hey guys! I wanted to see how a gold would look on my shorter nails so I created this super cute flower nail design. For this look I used 2 coats of Funky Fingers Down to Earth and then went in and stamped the flower image from image plate M64 with SinfulColors Midnight Blue. Hope you liked it!

Wonder Woman Nails

Hey guys! Today's look is featuring none other then the awesome Wonder Woman! I was browsing Pintrest and I came across a picture of awesome Wonder Woman nails and I had to try it out! HERE is a link to my inspiration. I used 2 coats of NYC 116 Broadway Burgundy Frost, 2 coats of SinfulColors Midnight Blue, 2 coats of Funky Fingers Down To Earth and Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in White On for the stars. Water Marble Mardi Gras Nails

Hey Guys! Today's look is for the up coming holiday Mardi Gras. I started out with a coat of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in the color White On as my base color. Haul Pt.1: Funky Fingers

Hey guys! If you follow me on Facebook then you know that I went to Five Below on Sunday and went crazy in the polish section! If you aren't following me on Facebook or Twitter.... well then you better stop what your doing and follow me so you can get awesome update from me. :)  From that shopping trip I got 14 polishes for $25.... crazy right? So the first part of this haul is dedicated to the brand Funky Fingers. I got 3 normal colors and 2 shatter like colors for $10. Hope you enjoy these swatches!
